One of the things Supervert tried to elucidate in Extraterrestrial Sex Fetish was the repetitive character of fetishism. By its nature fetishism is repetition with variation. A shoe fetishist, for example, wants one thing — shoes — over and over: pumps, heels, sneakers, slippers… If that’s true, though, this castration fetish must be the exception that proves the rule. Presumably you can only get castrated once.
But the state of being a castrated man is permanent. I don’t think the fetish only revolves around the act of castration.
