I go to great lengths to hurt people who go after sex offenders.
Last week I read in a local paper about a sex offender who was beaten by the next door neighbor. I sought out that sex offender beating neighbor, and messed him up with a steel pipe.
Ha ha on the neighbor for the very same list he used to go after the sex offender, I used to go after him. He lived next to the sex offender. The sex offender’s name was published in the newspaper article. The neighbor lived right next door to the sex offender. While I was staking the place out the neighbor yelled obscenities and made threatening gestures. It was easy to find the neighbor.

I am posting this comment for all those offenders who are hounded by the sex offender laws.. and would like to circumvent the law… without doing anything that is illegal… Tired of seeing your mug shot on the registry in your neighborhood? Being turned down for a place to live for you or your family? Having people kick that dead horse that is your past again and again to promote the feminist agenda in america?
I have the answer… grab your pen.. and take notes…
If you truly want to live in peace.. Understand this, it takes a little extra cash, and a little brain power and effort on your part.
Heres what you do: You maintain what I like to call a “dummy” residence. You purchase a residence in some trashy dump of a nieghborhood for lets say, 250-300 bucks a month. You register your name there with the local authorities. You put some of your clothes there, a matress on the floor, and some junk in the fridge.
THEN.. you find yourself a nice woman. Doesnt matter if its your wife, or girlfriend, or some dumb bitch you met off the street. You get HER to apply for a place in another town nearby, and thats where you actually LIVE at.
HINT: Dont piss her off though! or your fucked!
2nd HINT: maintain a job in the same area as your dumpy residence to avoid all those questions about whether or not you live where you registered. Stop in once and a while and been seen by your nieghbors. And maintain a nice relationship with your landlord.
THEN.. you have the freedom to keep your family and your TRUE residence a secret, and circumvent all these pissant laws that are being passed by polticians who could give a shit less about you or your family.
ONE MORE THING…. DONT SHIT IN YOUR BACKYARD!!! If your going to commit another offense… or you absolutely feel the need to, which, I hope you do not… DO IT IN SOMEONE ELSES NEIGHBORHOOD OTHER THAN THE ONE YOU LIVE IN!

Do you people care about my daughter? She is 2 1/2 years old. She will end up needing therapy for years. She is, of course, a child. She isn’t even 3 yet, but I am pretty sure she will need help.

The same goes for members of my family, my wife, and of course, myself.

We have been hurt severely by Sex Offenders. They have ruined our lives. Would you like to hear how?

I will remain anonymous, so nobody can claim I am trying to tweak facts for my own benefit. This is just a work of non-fiction. Enjoy.

There is a lot to my story, but for now, I will stick to the short story.

Please know that everything I am stating here is backed up by documents, emails and letters. But, it never helped.

My first “Good Job”. I live in the United States, and was told to fly up to Ontario for work. I had 2 days notice, and had never been out of the country.

2 hours before my flight, I picked up my work computer from the office, and took off. When I arrived in Canada, I was stopped at Canadian Customs, and asked for Work Papers, whatever that means. Not knowing what they wanted, but thinking that it was probably on the laptop I had, I turned it on, and slid it over to the officer. “Please take a look on here, and see if I have what you need.”

I asked him to look at it.

Seeing that a program called Limewire was on the pc, the officer looked for illegal images, and found none. What he did find was a group of incomplete downloads with illegal names. Limewire creates a folder called “Incomplete”, and places the debris of incomplete downloads in there. So, if you see something coming on your pc, and you stop the download, Limewire puts whatever it downloaded into that folder.

That was the end of my life.

I spent 3 weeks in a foreign jail as a Child Abuser.

During that time, Homeland Security, the Ontario Police, my friends and my own family investigated everything about me. They looked through my pc, my possessions, my bills, my emails, and my instant messages. They spoke with their children. They did it all.

Nothing else ever turned up. Only 5 partial images that were found in this folder on this work pc. Images that had the same Created date, as Modified date. Meaning, after the download was stopped, they were never viewed, moved, or anything. Ever.

I then went through 3 months of having to borrow money, and answer questions from everybody in my life. I lost my first “Good Job”. A disclosure of evidence was performed with a useless attorney that did not understand the case. It was performed while I was here in the states. I have the emails, asking for the information of what they found, but my attorney never gave me an answer. I have these emails. The only facts I ever found out were while I was in court. As I said. 5 incomplete images. Then the money ran out.

After only 3 months, I went through $15000.

I was offered a deal. They wanted me to plead guilty. My attorney told me that the police had an airtight case, I didn’t have the money to pay him anymore, and I should take the deal. I was told that I would have to pay $1000, but would not have to register, or anything else. I would be able to move on.

Another attorney was telling me that the police had next to nothing on me, and that it was clear I was innocent. But, it would cost $20000 for him to defend me. I did not have $20000.

My life was ruined, I had no help, and so I took the deal.

After being completely investigated, the end result was 5 incomplete garbage files that had never been viewed by anybody, but were able to be constructed into partial Child Pornography.

And, I still had to plead guilty. As I said in the beginning, all of this is documented.

2 weeks after, I was contacted by the state police, and informed that I must register. My official designation is Sexual Abuse of a Minor!

Sexual Abuse of a Minor! Can you people see this?

Here is the funny part: I am totally FOR Sex Offender Registration. But, it has to be done under the right conditions.

My face, name and address will be in a list with rapists, killers and child molesters. For 10 years!

You think this is ok? If you do think this is ok, you prove my point. Because, the average person is not calm, cool and rational all the time. This information should be utilized by professionals that can get the facts, know the circumstances, and act accordingly.

When my name shows up on that list, it will say nothing about my case or me. All it will say is that I was convicted of Sexual Abuse of a Minor, and then give you people my picture and address. It doesn’t show the facts and details of my case. Facts and details that were discovered by the police. Not me.

“Well, we can’t put the well-being of the offender above the well-being of the victims.”

I agree. I do. But, I am a victim too! What about my daughter? She is a victim! We are ruined, because of these sick people!! My God, it is insane!

I don’t even feel comfortable changing her diaper. I am scared to death of my own daughter. This is how it will be forever. I will be supervised during visits with her.

What about us?! It is because of these people that we are going through this. But, nobody cares.

My life is over. I will never have that good job. Never have that nice house in a good neighborhood. Everything will be sick, for the next 10 years. That is how my daughter will grow up. Getting teased by kids. Funny looks. Comments. Parents not letting their kids near her.

Now, here is the clincher. Close your eyes, and be me. Just for a minute. You are in Hell. You honestly don’t deserve this. All you hear is that it is just Too Bad. It is all for the children.

Now, wipe the tears out of your eyes, and open them up. Smile, because you are ok. And, it is all for the children.

What about MY CHILD?! I love my little girl. I had plans for her life too. My kid is just as important as yours!! She is.

We are just as important as you are. And we had plans. We do not deserve to be sacrificed. I don’t care if it makes you feel safe. We deserved somebody to care, and make sure this was done correctly. Make sure I had a chance.

I still believe in the Registry. My kid has to be protected too. But, a lot of responsibility will come with it. You CANNOT put innocent people on this thing. It is inhuman. It has to be changed, and done right.

One more thing for the whacko, wannabe avengers out there. Some of us who have been wrongly convicted are still men. We have honor and pride. Some of us aren’t these disgusting, squishy child molesters. We are still men that will protect our families and what is ours.

God help anybody that ever comes to my door with a torch, or threatens what we have.

I am a registered sex offender as well and I am not proud of what I did. Unfortunatelly I do consider myself to be a victom right now.

My situation happened when I was 22 and I was dating a 17 year old. I slept with her and got caught. I take responsibility for that, and I did my time. But now, I am marked for life and on the sex offender registry right next to the person who goes out and has molested and raped several people.

There is nothing to set me apart from these people on the Florida registry website and it is not only affecting me, but I have a three year old son who is going to be paying for my mistakes for life. I will never be able to be part of his boy scout activities, I probably won’t be permitted to go to his school events, his friends won’t be alowed to come over and play with him at our house, and he will be teased and bullied over this mistake I made.

I have had several opportunities to just disapear off the state’s sites and create a new identity, but I have faith that someday (and I hope it is soon) that these laws are doing to keep getting tighter and tighter to the point where they are eventually going to have so many people complain and start to fight them that the entire sex offender registry and laws will colapse under it’s own weight. It has to, these are basic human rights that the states are taking away from us, and eventually there will be enough of us who are not afraid to stand up and fight it and we will win. I think the main hurdle is that there are all these Stupid people who don’t learn from their mistakes and keep reaffending and keep the give the states more and more fuel against us.

Anyway, that is my 2 cents.

If you ask me you really do have a strong case. I would not give up fighting this rap. If necessary you can get a lawyer to supena Livewire. If you really are indigent than maybe you can get a lawyer to work pro-bono.

I can also tell you your problem is not unique. I have heard of several instances where people get some nasty shit downloaded on their pc.

I found a user on limeiwre who has posession of pedophilia images and i am reporting it because i dont think it should be allowed.

I am NOT a sex offender, and I don’t agree with the registry. IF we are worried that someone is going to recommit the crime, then they shouldn’t be let out of jail! PERIOD…If they can’t be rehabilitated then just keep them in jail.

My partner is on the registry because when he was 12 years old he and a 9 year old friend from cub scouts were caught playing doctor. All they did was touch each other and the kids mother walked in. Now he is 24 and has to continue to register as a sex offender for something that he didn’t even realize was wrong when he was 12…he deeply regrets it, never meant to hurt anyone and now has to live with it forever…we want to adopt children but won’t be able to because of this. I just can’t understand why a kid that was adjudicated as a juvenile that has no record or did anything wrong since has to register or have any record…

Well my thoughts

My fiance who is a convicted sex offender. was accused of gross sexuall imposition. In a different state over nine years ago. For those who are not aware of what that is. Basically in certain states if you touch someone on the shoulder. You could be charged with that and have to regester as a sex offender. I however have read the recorded papers on this event. I find it very odd that in a room full of people including the boyfriends of the two girls that accused him of touching them. That all thier boyfriends out numbered my fiance and were bigger in size, never hit him or did anything about it? When they all could have jumped on him at the same time? I also find it very strange that the witness statements are very identical and practically word for word. Since no one talks like that and usaully gives a description of the same thing a little deferent from each person. Also very strange that no one in this case said anything until three months after the supposed event. How any judge anywhere could view this as any evidence of anything is beyond our understanding. In my opinion, then at the very most why not give him probation being the first ever sexual accusation against him? Also not have been in any other real trouble with the law before that a day in his life? Besides a few mistameaners like being told not go back to a mall when he was a teenager? Now our current situation is that we have a neighboorhood full of people coming up with false accusations against him. Like being in their yards threating them when he is most of all the time around me? He has been given a verbal warning and now a written warning. When that has never even tooken place? We wander if his arrest is next, over doing nothing wrong and false accusations? One of the people leading the neighborhood possey is a Sergt.of neighborhood police who handed us the written warning who lives in the neighborhood and is friends with the people doing that. Most of those people are renters and we are homeoners and we cannot just get up and leave. If there is anyone out there who has any suggestions on our behalf has to what we could do to defend ourselves? For the record well just we made this up.
