Shortly before stumbling on the story of this shameless wanker, PervScan happened to be reading a debate about mobile porn at the excellent TechDirt site. The pro side of the debate about mobile porn insists that it’s going to be the next big thing. First there was net porn for your personal computer, now there’s more porn for your mobile phone! Hurrah! Let’s invest! The con side of the debate insists that phones aren’t a viable delivery mechanism for porn. The screens are too small. And furthermore, what made internet porn so successful was that it brought porn to the privacy of your own home. No more embarrassing trips to the “adult entertainment” store! However, critics say, mobile porn won’t be as big because it’s going to be viewed on a device that you take outside, in public. “Who wants to view porn in a place where he/she can’t masturbate?” one commenter asked.
Well, apparently they haven’t ecountered shameless wankers like this young man in the library at Arizona State University. Normally you’d be inclined to think that his excuse about the internet connection was just that — an excuse — and that he liked exposing himself in public. Somehow, though, the excuse has the ring of truth. Who hasn’t found himself frustrated by a bad internet connection while trying to satisfy his online porn urges? It’s not hard to imagine getting so frustrated that you head to the nearest broadband hotspot in an effort to complete that download of Aurora Snow’s latest video.
Another possibility is that this young man represents an entirely new type of wanker. He’s a young guy who’s practically grown up with the internet. He takes pornography for granted. He’s precisely the kind of guy who might be studying in a library for his pre-med exams and decide to take a break by downloading porn to his mobile phone. Why not? That might end up being the really revolutionary thing about mobile pornography. Net porn brought smut into the privacy of your own home. Maybe mobile porn will take the wanker out into the public eye. Imagine that — wankers, wankers everywhere!
Big deal! Who was he hurting? He should have brought a long coat or something to hide the busy hand though, so he didn’t offend anyone.
You’d be surprised at the number of places young men like to “whack off”, I remember one “hammering his fist” while sitting in the desk behind me in fifth grade study hall while the inattentive monitor was yakking it up with some other students. More than thirty students were aware of this, but not the prissy monitor.
The laptop with it’s connections to internet pornography is a nice accessory to a habitual masturbator, but believe me, public “dick jerking” is nothing new. Males (and females too) have been getting along fine before the internet highway took us away. We have been at it since time immortal, and will continue.
As someone who devotes a great deal of time and attention to the subject of masturbation, I find the young man’s explanation amusing and encouraging. Imagine if this is indeed the wave of the future, and we will see chonic WiFi Wankers congregating at every pubil Internet acces point. Just think of the commercial opportunities for Starbucks, Kinkos, etc. The mind boggles. The penis throbs.

At campus library of the CSU I went to (hey, that rhymes…) the quiet audio visual rooms (they had doors) were almost exclusively used for this, and also for those who brought a classmate…oh those crazy kids…
He should go to jail for being an idiot. What did he expect to happen? Libraries are crawling with security guards, cameras and busy body chicks with cell phones. All he had to do was go in a bathroom stall at the library. He’d still have the Internet.
