“A Medina County man has been charged with using the Internet to try to arrange a sexual threesome with a woman, her daughter and a dog. Andrew Belicka, 52, of Seville, appeared Monday in Columbiana County Municipal Court, where his bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety… Belicka was arrested Friday in Seville, Ohio, where police said he had rented a hotel room for what he thought was a meeting with a mother and daughter. Instead, he was arrested by members of the New Waterford, Seville and Montville Township police departments and the Medina County sheriff’s office. New Waterford police began the investigation a week ago after an unidentified person complained after becoming concerned while chatting online with Belicka. The complainant told police that Belicka talked of having had sex with mothers and their daughters. Police said Belicka also said he wanted to breed with mothers and raise the daughters as sexual substitutes in a family environment… Belicka transmitted pornography featuring a child and bestiality to undercover officers who were using a false screen name, one of whom he thought was a 14-year-old girl, police said. He also tried to solicit sex from the officers posing as mother and daughter, they said. A police search of Belicka’s home turned up pornographic magazines that featured families and bestiality videos. Police also found a box of sex toys in his vehicle. This story has languished in PervScan’s files for two weeks or so for the simple reason that it got lost in the flood of other depraved tales. In a way, though, it doesn’t matter that the story isn’t completely fresh. PervScan has often thought that the subject matter here endures much better than the content on, say, a political blog. If you read a site such as InstaPundit.com, the timeliness of the content matters. In politics, things change and develop. Time is of the essence. But in matters perverse, time is almost a forgotten factor. Legal cases evolve, but the acts themselves — a man fucks a dog, a judge masturbates in court, a creep drinks from urinals — have a timelessness to them. They don’t seem to age. Their weirdness fascinates across time.

At any rate, this story in particular is worth noting because it offers something you don’t often see. However common it is today for guys to get busted trying to pick up young girls (and sometimes their mothers) via the internet, you rarely see someone admit to a sort of eugenic perversity. Pedophiles frequently groom their subjects, but seldom do they deliberately try to breed them. Incest is common enough, but how often does someone have children for the precise purpose of utilizing them as sex objects? It’s a long-range perversion, one that plans today for the pleasures of a decade hence. You can find it in the works of the Marquis de Sade, but this is the first time in three years of “pervscanning” that it’s come up here.

Probably it was just a fantasy of Mr. Belicka’s, something that fired him up as he searched for mothers willing to let him screw their daughters. Maybe if he’d really had a child, parental feelings would have overcome pedophilic desires. Maybe he’d have become a great dad — or maybe not, maybe he really would have acted out his plan to breed generation after generation of fuck doll. If somebody can get excited at the prospect of breeding a race of white Aryans, then certainly somebody else could get excited at the prospect of breeding a race of nubile sex slaves. You can understand that — in fantasy. And since Mr. Belicka did not actually put his plan into action, that’s all it is for now — fantasy, a detail on a rap sheet, another symptom in his psychopathology. But is it a reality for anyone else?
